ITDM is the only company in Campania to have become an official test centre for Kryterion, the American company that is the world leader in certification testing for multinational companies.
The Kryterion Testing Network (KTN) includes more than 700 centres in 100 countries. Test data are fully managed by a dedicated web based service and are not hosted locally. In addition, to ensure even greater security, supervisors have no access to test data.
Every centre complies with the strictest standards to ensure a satisfactory experience for everyone. When scheduling the exam, candidates have access to a locator that allows them to find the centre, the test date and their preferred time. Examiners are required to follow standard operating procedures and are certified to guarantee the highest level of security and customer service.
In addition, Webassessor, in combination with the Kryterion Testing Network, provides an extremely secure testing environment. The system requires user IDs, passwords and authorisation codes, which are linked to one another so that no individual can access any part of the test infrastructure without authorisation. During the launch process, a secure connection is established between the Kryterion servers and the PCs at the test centre. The browser is locked to prevent the candidate from accessing other applications on the PC.
WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A TEST CENTRE?
- The amount of space in which the candidate will take the test: there must be adequate space to allow the test to be carried out properly;
- Minimum requirements for IT equipment and internet bandwidth;
- Heating, lighting and noise level control;
- Minimum number of Kryterion Certified Proctors (supervisors);
- Continuous monitoring or video recording of the tests;
- Reporting of any problem or unauthorised behaviour during test sessions.
